@lyft @lyftphl Pics of the women’s bathroom facility at the PHL airport shared ride driver lot. This is a disgrace. Men’s room and handicap room no better. I’d like to know who is responsible to keep up cleanliness on these? Lyft/Uber or the airport?
@AskLyft Whether you all admit it or not, I’m absolutely sure that there was. Impossible for there not to have been. And that’s fine if you want to not price gouge your customers. I get it. Just inform your drivers that’s all.
@AskLyft Still not answering my question though Lyft. You’ve literally deflected every one of my points I’ve made, highly disappointed in you all right now. My question being.. Is there a reason why it capped at 350% yesterday? Was there a cap of 350% in the city of Phila yesterday?
@AskLyft ..400,500,600%, and easily, in these areas! To see it hit 350 and be stuck there for literally 3 hours straight, not budging, while the demand around me I can tell is high , was just something as a driver I’ve never experienced. I actually thought the app was down at one time.
@AskLyft Exactly my point.. it changes so frequently , yet today when it was at its absolute busiest as the parade ended, it never went above 350. Ever. At any point of the day today. Whereas yesterday and any other day the forecasted to have equal to or similar demand as today, we see ..
@AskLyft@lyft @lyftphl Can someone tell me why the surge in Philly has not gone past 350 in the past 2 hours straight. I mean not one bit?? I guarantee it should’ve reached 500 at least after that parade let out
@Gilly_SJ @EBHszn Lots of people are saying the same, all over the place too, not just in one area. The app must be down. They’re messing with my funds!! 💸💸
