Today while volunteering sorting and shelving books at the local charity shop, a young man of about 11 years old came up to me. He asked if I remembered him. I said "Yes, you were looking for a book about ghosts or the supernatural that wasn't too scary"

I missed a lot of my volunteer gig 2 weeks ago to go to the Argos game so didn't want to miss this week and I really enjoyed listening to it with a group of people.
At my volunteer gig this afternoon and was listening to the @TorontoArgos game on @TSN1050Radio. One of the guys in receiving is a big NFL fan who is now a big CFL and @MikeHoganArgos fan. He has loved hearing the call on the radio!
@MikeHoganArgos@TorontoArgos@TSN1050Radio I have always preferred to listen to football. Melissa, when it's you doing the announcing Mike but even for NFL games I try and get the radio feed because I can picture the game in my head and I find that the commentary is so much better on radio.
@MikeHoganArgos@TorontoArgos@TSN1050Radio Will do. I taught him all about the three down game today and I think I may have made a dual fan out of him. He is of course aware that the only acceptable team to root for is the double blue.
I don't get kids at my rural house for Halloween so every year I drive to Guelph ON and go to my friend's house and help her hand out candy. This year we had 178 children But the clear winner for the costume was the kid who was dressed as @Lions head coach Dan Campbell.
Kevin Burkhardt: If you just tuned in, the score doesn't matter. That's Aidan Hutchinson, the Lions best defensive player who's laying on the ground, who's suffered a gruesome leg injury. We're not showing it. I just hope he's OK.
Overheard just now: As a Bills fan I'm absolutely thrilled... The one mitigating factor is that my fantasy opponent this week has Josh F***ING Allen π
