@AmazonHelp I’ve already been onto your customer service and your solution was to courier back the item at a cost to me €90 for a damage box worth €101. This is how I received my package. Are you telling me you have another solution ?

@AmazonHelp Hi guys, received a desk last week and was in bits, unfortunately I was not here & your couriers left it with my son. I’ve been told I have to return it , cheapest quote it €60 plus vat ! Disgraceful, you should be organising a courier from your side #badcustomercare
