1. Ask your delivery people to deliver on time and not to pick 2 orders which increases the delivery time.
2. Have an option to allow the customer to change the address after the order is placed. Reasonable time limit can be given

this is the second time in this year and this is my second travel from Paris & you lost my baggage again! In spite of filing the complaint in person, through email , through your customer care, I haven’t received my baggage till now, it’s more than 24 hours you haven’t responded to me!
