@AskBarclaysUS we made a 4500.payment in May to you that should have been forwarded to Comenity, who bought the account from you, it was never forwarded or returned to us. It has been 9 months , where is our money? How long should we have to wait?

@AskBarclaysUS and every time we call they either hang up or tell us that they have closed the case . They have literally stolen 4500 of our money. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. We were customers for over ten years and this is how they repay us

@AskBarclaysUS My husband sent a payment in May of $4500 to Barclays using auto bill pay (accidentally because they had recently sold the acct to another company) Long story short, Barclays kept the money, never forwarded it and refuses to give it back. Worst company ever.
