Today’s #worldsickleday and I don’t usually come out to talk about it, but today a friend told me how proud they are of me for pushing through each day. I haven’t quite made it to where I wanna be but I thank God for what I’ve overcome to be where I am #warrior 💪🏾💃🏾
September is Sicklecell Awareness month! It’s usually spent educating others about the blood disease but I’m gonna use this tweet to encourage my sicklecell babies.
I’m living and so can you. You got this. You’re special in more ways than one. Don’t let them limit you!
⚠️⚠️UPDATE: AALIYAH HAS BEEN FOUND! SHE IS BEING TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AND MOHAMMED BAH HAS BEEN ARRESTED⚠️⚠️
Thank you to everyone who helped spread the word out and share Aaliyah on social media. You have been so helpful in finding Aaliyah and my family and I are very grateful!

Seeing my boy @tosan_ejegi smash it with so much positivity in his religion and community warms me so much!
Whilst I’m not religious I can see the growth it can bring to many others and I am so proud of everything it has brought him! Keep going mate! 👏🏻🖤

Mother of Richard Okorogheye - who was found dead after being reported missing in April - is calling on Black community to donate blood. Richard, a sickle cell patient, had been receiving blood transfusions. The NHS needs 1,300 new Black donors every month https://t.co/nxcHANHcTI
James has now been missing for 50 hrs - some possible sightings on Wednesday and yesterday which the @metpoliceuk are obviously following up. If these are genuine you may see him on the bus or at bus stations, so please do report immediately so the police can support him home.
