Designed apparently to only last 18 months, mine died after 8 months but because the base connected to WiFi once over a year ago, my only option is to pay retail price for the newest model.

@loganlarese @owletbabycare Awful experience here too. @owletbabycare doesn’t stand behind their product. They sell junk that doesn’t last, then asks you to buy their newest and most expensive as the “solution”

After smart sock 3 debuted, @owletbabycare no longer stands behind their products. BEWARE- warranty starts when base connects to WiFi. Do not do this until your baby has arrived- otherwise you could waste MONTHS of the warranty! Also, the battery in smart sock 2 dies by 18 months
