@wyne_jason Can you let me know the date of the additional charge you're seeing on your card? How many charges, what amounts, and what dates are you seeing on your current statement?
@wyne_jason I'm just seeing the first order was billed at $16.90 which is for the items that were shipped. The second order was billed for $38.74. I'll make sure @markwahlberg looks at this and clears out any authorization issues that might still be hung up.
@wyne_jason I'm not seeing what the issue is, so could you please explain? I see 5888436 was delayed, there was an issue. They sent another order 5894246 overnight as a replacement and it was marked as delivered on time. I'm just trying to help out. @markwahlberg
