Former minister Roderic O’Gorman and Minister Helen McEntee, who held the justice brief at the time, allowed 37 houses in private housing estates to be purchased for use by international protection applicants.

I am delighted that @OCallaghanJim has no intention of adding to this number. This is the type of nonsense that drives division in communities.

Either we have equality for all or we allow the system to be manipulated. International protection applicants need to join the queue for social housing only after the 'right to reside' is granted.

Former Irish Minister for Children Roderic O'Gorman was secretly buying houses using taxpayer funds and filling the houses full of migrants.

Bertie Ahern wasn't the only politician caught on camera when canvassing. In 2024 Roderic O'Gorman was recorded at a woman's front door, but unlike Bertie who told the truth about immigration, Roderic lied to the woman's face, over and over.

Of course he was buying houses for asylum seekers, God knows what else he has been up to that's yet to come out.

@griptmedia Can we talk about economic migrants? In any other country you must work and pay tax to live there; but not Ireland. I lived in Europe for 12yrs I paid my own rent and was proud of my better life in the 80s & 90s. I came back in 98 raised my child to contribute to society.

BREAKING: Fine Gael Education Minister runs from Enoch Burke questions in Galway

Schoolteacher Enoch Burke has spent almost 700 days in prison after refusing to use ‘they/them’ pronouns for a child.

Hildegarde Naughton is the Fine Gael Minister for Education. She was protected from questioning when approached in Galway City last night.

Hildegarde Naughton deceived Enoch Burke into sitting in front of Claire Callanan as Chair of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel which was to hear Enoch Burke’s appeal.

The Chair is required to be independent, however Callanan is married to Lyndon McCann SC, the chief legal adviser to the Church of Ireland, and is herself an employee of the Church of Ireland. In no way was Claire Callanan an ‘independent’ Chair.

Claire Callanan was appointed to this role by Hildegarde Naughton, the Minister for Education. This was an act of gross deception.

This is a very serious day when the Fine Gael Minister for Education can deceive a young teacher by making him sit in front of a chair who is neither independent nor impartial and then refuse to answer questions when asked.
