@AsdaServiceTeam @BeaBeazle Hi Christopher.Why on earth does something as simple as a customer being given the wrong prescription contact lenses require the input of the customer ‘exec team’?What is required is for the correct lenses to be ordered and dispatched, or for the branch to answer the phone 🤷🏼‍♀️

@AsdaServiceTeam Why is this so complicated? Someone pays over £250 for a 6 month supply of contact lenses. You order/give the wrong prescription (- instead of +) for one eye.The solution is to provide the correct ones, so can someone get in touch with @BeaBeazle please??

@gmail Is there a problem with Gmail at the moment? All of a sudden, I only have emails from the last month. Cannot find a way to rectify this in settings, and cannot find the emails in any other folders 🤷🏼‍♀️
