@RosaIsiah What’s keeping me up at night is the idea of going back to schools with all these restrictions in place and the possibility of undoing decades of hard work to get kids out of rows and talking to each other!
@RosaIsiah I think it is similarly different. In both cases leaders must balance the push and pull needed to support teachers yet ensure students needs are met using evidence and standards! It still requires connection, empathy, flexibility, and active listening!!
