"Kirby" Rankin, one of the Ohio trans child m—rder suspects, was out on bail at the time of the boy's torture and killing after being convicted for brutally beating a 57-year-old woman in Fairfield, Ohio.

Not sure if she has the cash. I was speaking as a parent. But I wouldn't interact with my daughter that way. Nor would I accept behavior like that. This type of dynamic is terrible! My biggest problem is getting her out of bed so her internal clock is more inline with school so she's ready.
