@tylerlyle I’ve had my Encore for 8 years now and use it daily. All original parts. It hasn’t slowed down but the burr holder just cracked. It’s only a $5 part to replace so I also ordered the replacement burrs (they say they should last about 10 years) for only $40. Prob worth it to fix.
