@realsaeem @OurOwnNation Well self defense by lethal force doesn't necessarily require threat of death it could be threat of great bodily harm which can easily be done by fighting and if you declare that you have no wish to fight and someone tries to attack you it would be justifiable

@realsaeem @OurOwnNation Well not in all cases if you try to de escalate and someone is threatening your life (even if they have no weapon) and you attempt to walk away and state you are armed and they continue to respond it’s a legally self defense you can look up a few cases with similar context
