I was explicitly assured the EMI and cancellation would be processed immediately.
It's been a week of endless follow-ups via calls and emails, yet I keep getting standard, unhelpful responses with zero resolution regarding my money or EMI reversal.

It's been nearly two weeks since I paid for my Livpure device (31 May 2026), and installation is still pending. Customer support has been unable to provide a resolution despite multiple calls. I want my money refunded right away. Invoice #26-27/2503126/8246449. @Livpure_India

This is the third day and still the wifi is not working. @JioFiberChennai hasn’t resolved anything. The worst service of all. Not able to reach out to any customer care personal these past three days. All efforts and the only reply i got is we are working on it #jiofiber Pathetic

Jio fiber has been down for more than 24hours now in Cathedral Road, Gopalapuram, Chennai. I haven’t been able to work from home with this kind of terrible response from @JioFiberChennai.
