@moseskagan All good, it worked out for the best. I ended up leaving and working for a boss I have now for 12 years. She has been very good and have learned a lot about commercial lending. It just reaffirmed why I left.

@moseskagan I think this is the way it should be, but I also think you can only do this if you have built up a great amount of trust with your employees. In the Corps I have been in, many managers only want loyalty without two way trust.

@PEoperator I work for a midwestern bank and we do lending for this all day long. We present lending to transition the legacy physicians to younger physicians all of the time. When PE gets involved it usually gets messy and strips a lot of the rights away from the physicians.
