@DietDrsayajirao Sir - if HBA1C as a diabetic is 6.5% (with only lifestyle), would you still make efforts to bring it much lower or the risk reduction from 6.5% to 5.5% is not significant to make this effort because there are also risks of hypoglycemia? Where’s the trade-off?
