@BenMcSwagger@HockeyRedmen@mcgillu PS: If you are looking for a cause to fight, it's easy to find one. But is it always worth it? Is something good going to come out of it? A decision has been made and we'll move on. I truly hope it's not only a sword strike into the water.
@BenMcSwagger@HockeyRedmen@mcgillu Like I haven't already read this article 10X. Again, I totally understand the experience of my fellow student but the name should not change if your goal is to make the university less oppressive. There are many other ways to achieve this, which would be way more efficient.
@BenMcSwagger@HockeyRedmen@mcgillu I don't feel like the name Redmen restricts anybody's safety on the campus. You have the right to your opinion, and I truly respect it.
P.S: The name represents the colors of the University.
P.S2: I prefer orange, but I do feel very attached to the name.
@BenMcSwagger@HockeyRedmen@mcgillu We both know that 140 characters would not be enough to have an honest exchange of opinions on this subject. After 4 years representing the COLOURS of my University and 100 years behind the name Redmen, I do feel sad about its disappearance.
