He had just transferred from West Virginia in January and was loved by many.

First thing that comes to mind for me is the amount of hs seniors that will be impacted by this.

If you are keeping kids for 5 years instead of 4 that spot the institution had for the incoming hs student is no longer there because of roster caps regulations
