While packages do go through screening, small nick nacks like pens, flags, and the like can often just materialize at the front desk. These items are usually carried on person and get screened on entry

@DickSaslaw thank you for your service. That said, I'm glad you are retiring. This statement shows you are out of touch with most of the folks you represent. Fairfax County residents got hammered last year and are on target to get hammered again this year by the car tax.
