Browder’s warning is that economic devastation and mass casualties will not automatically force Putin to change course.

The Kremlin is building a system in which isolation is presented as sovereignty, poverty as sacrifice and endless war as patriotism.

Russia 🇷🇺 is not being strengthened. It is being sealed off, militarized and dragged toward the model of North Korea 🇰🇵.

Meanwhile, since the start of its full-scale invasion, russia has attacked or damaged more than 400 Nova Poshta facilities — Ukraine's largest postal and logistics network. That's just one Ukrainian delivery company.

Dozens of Nova Poshta employees have been killed or injured in russian strikes while simply doing their jobs.

For years, russia has deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure.

Russia killed 13-year-old Uliana Vorona from Sumy.

On July 11, the girl was on her way to the city center and waiting at a bus stop when a Russian guided aerial bomb struck the road nearby. She was killed instantly.

Uliana loved drawing, hoped to work in IT one day, and trained in athletics. She was a medalist in regional competitions and competed at the national level.

Yesterday, Uliana Vorona was laid to rest.

Uliana had her whole life ahead of her. Deepest condolences to her family.

The Russian attack also killed four men. A critically injured woman later died in hospital. More than 40 people were injured.
