@XfinitySupport I know Internet Essentials Plus is a Comcast plan — not government-run — and I’ve already qualified before. Please help me avoid unnecessary service disruption.
@XfinitySupport I was previously switched to Internet Essentials Plus via live chat with no interruption. Now I’m being told I have to cancel my service to switch — that’s false. I rely on my internet daily and need help ASAP to escalate this properly.
