It looks like bug bites (maybe mites, fleas, or bed bugs). Common in beds with pets or if sheets are not washed often.
Simple advice:
- Wash all bedsheets and clothes in hot water.
- Vacuum the bed and floor.
- Use anti-itch cream (like hydrocortisone) from pharmacy.
