According to the initial instruction I got when purchasing the car was that service is in 10k KM/1 year.
And there was no mention of 6 month service/check-up.

I own a Honda Amaze MT Diesel BS6.
I have done the yearly service on Apr 2024 at Vison Honda.
Today they called me and asked me to bring the car for 6 month service and said this is mandatory instruction from Honda.
Could you please shed some light on this?

My car is also at the service centre for repair for 2 weeks
The service advisor is saying parts are not available in the plant! Due to this the repair is going to take more time..
Mine is Amz Diesel MT.
