@clairebrewha @AmericanAir this is so wrong! our CHA flight was delayed over an hour so we missed our connection. and it’s like 11pm so no one is available and “sorry there’s nothing we can do” and there’s FIVE of us! Not like only one person missed the connection for their delay 🥴🥴 it’s baffling!
