We arrived the next day.
We were travelling for 15.5 hours and 9 of them was the queue!

@DownloadFest Been travelling since 9. Got in the queue at 3:30pm. That’s 13.5 hours travelling with 7.5 hours queueing.
Plus I’m an access customer and I’m hearing that I can’t even get a wristband on entry?!
This is my 6th Download. Is this how you treat your customers?

@JoshPeaty @DownloadFest Was in RIP as an Access customer last year. That should be correct & it’s in the access info pack this year that you get your companion ticket from RIP check in. As RIP I only got one goodie bag for the fully paying ticket though. Hope this helps x
