It makes sense to me that the actual "has a real implication in your life" truth is pushed back on.

This is why I love stories like Lee Strobel. Guy could not have been less of a believer, but he actually dove head first into it and now he's been a believer for like 45 years.

God is not intimidated by our investigations. In fact, I think He welcomes it. And I think it's why people like Lee, who have genuinely dove head first into scripture to disprove it, come out the other end believers
