Ketanji Brown Jackson now has enough votes to be confirmed to the Supreme Court, succeeding Justice Stephen Breyer. She will be the first black woman to serve on the Court. Vote is 53-46 right now, apparently waiting for Sen. Rand Paul (who presumably will make it 53-47).
