Ikiwa jumla ya uchumi wa Tanzania kwa miaka25 kuanzia mwaka 2000 ni dola trilion 1.15, ina maana kwamba kama tungekusanya kodi sawa na wastani wa Afrika kusini ya Jangwa la Sahara ambayo ni 15%, Tanzania ingekusanya ziada ya dola 40bn. Kiasi ambacho kingetosha kujenga mtandao wa SGR kutoka Dar- Mwanza, mpaka Kigoma, reli ya kusini ya Mtwara - Bambay na reli Tanga Musoma na bado ingebaki.

Tunapokwenda kuanza Dira2050 kesho, Mpango wa Serikali ni kufikia wastani wa uwiano wa kodi kwa uchumi ufikie 18% kati ya sasa na 2030, kiwango ambacho ni zaidi ya wastani wa Afrika kusuni ya jangwa la sahara, na Afrika nzima kwa sasa. Changamoto ni nyingi lakini tupo kwenye mstari sahihi.

one of the greatest traps in life is not stupidity, it is the belief that you are smart.

Being intelligent is an asset. Thinking you are intelligent is a disease.

The moment you become convinced of your own cleverness, learning ends. Curiosity dies. Humility disappears. Every mistake becomes someone else's fault. Every failure is blamed on destiny, God, society, luck, or circumstance. The ego always finds an excuse, but excuses never change reality.

You keep suffering, keep repeating the same errors, keep making your life miserable, yet nothing improves. Why? Because you already believe you know. A closed mind cannot be taught. A full cup cannot be filled.

Most people spend their entire lives trapped in this illusion. They defend themselves instead of understanding themselves. They justify instead of learning. They argue instead of growing.

The wisest posture in life is not to think you are smart, but to know how much you do not know.

Believing you're smart has almost no benefits and countless drawbacks. Being smart while remaining humble enough to think of yourself as a student who still has much to learn brings endless benefits and almost no downside.

Be teachable. Be curious. Be a student. Walk through life with the humility of a beginner. Question your conclusions. Doubt your certainty. Stay open.

The day you stop thinking you are smart is often the day you start becoming wise.

Reality does not reward those who believe they know. It rewards those who are willing to learn.

Think of yourself as ignorant, not as an act of self condemnation, but as an act of honesty. Because compared to what remains unknown, all of us are beginners. We are actually stupid. Growth happens when you are truly honest to yoruself which is that you are stupid.

Accept that truth, and life begins to open its doors.

Otherwise, these people become so miserable and torturous that they start hating themselves, and everyone avoids them. Leave living with them aside, even meeting them for a second is extremely torturous.

This lie that you've been fed, that you're smart, and your decision to believe it creates the worst possible existence for a person.
