@Stan_Quail @mschlapp I do not remember who the exchange was with, but the Representative asked a question with the specific record cite and he answered the question with “no” when the answer in the record was “yes.” It was very odd to me. It makes me wonder how hands on he actually was.

@AmericanAir I just travelled on an international flight with Panasonic WiFi which I tried to purchase. Apparently the charge did go through (I just checked my bank) but the internet did not work at all the entire flight. Is there a way to get a refund on the purchase?
