Is anyone having major issues with #scottishpower @ScottishPower literally phone line is non existent, going back and fourth in emails/chat service for months and got nowhere and whoever is running the social media is useless?

Where do I go for more support??

@mental_bl0ck @ScottishPower Back and forth with email requesting pictures I’ve already sent, telling me the account number doesn’t match (not shit 🙃…) now somethings happened but no response from email, on here and chat says my account number doesn’t exist… 🤷🏼‍♀️

@mental_bl0ck @ScottishPower It’s horrendous… I wouldn’t bother though… I requested a smart meter in July… guy came and couldn’t fit one - ever since my account details don’t have the correct serialised meters? So all of the £400 has gone to a none existent smart netwr and I’ve been chasing since august

@SP_EnergyPeople I’ve not received any of the payments so far… the account numbers online differ from what I’ve actually got. I’ve actually got pre payment metered but it’s incorrect online. I’ve been seeking help for months and got nowhere…
