Two weeks with a broken washing machine. No updates from @haier_uk or @DandG_Support. @currys refuses to help. It’s only 2 months old. Cried down the phone this morning, still not interested. Appalling.
@DandG_Support@haier_uk@currys The repair is being “completed” by your engineers - you are the reason I’m on day 15 with no progress update, part not even dispatched and no workingwashing machine.
Unfortunately @currys still refusing to help, despite my legal contract being with them under the consumer rights act 2015. @itvMLshow@MartinSLewis can you help?!
@HelpAtGeorge I had an order that was supposed to be available to collect yesterday. Tracking now says there’s a problem but I’ve had no further information - please can you advise where my order is?
