Stats of #Kosovo labor market for 2017 are out. An interview in @kohaditore to interpret unemployment stats & asses employment policies. In short: positive indicators but not enough employment to lower unemployment and still left to do to ensure foreign investors.

In its 10th aniv #Constitution of #Kosovo deserves a congrats. It has created constit order and guaranteed basic rights & freedoms. It stood up to great challenges by politicians and int’l agreements. But it must be used more to advance rights & keep polticians in check.
