For decades, RGG’s process has been a well-oiled machine with a cohesive and (mostly) steady team that’s judicious about what it does and doesn’t reinvent with each project. I imagine those efficiencies make Yakuza a very easy pitch for Sega.

@GreatCheshire It might be one of the most empty calories single player games I’ve ever played. I put dozens of hours in — and I’m sure I enjoyed some of the exploration and ship stuff — but none of it stuck with me.

I mean, even Outer Worlds at least had Parvati

The N64 was originally to be called the Ultra 64, but Konami owned the trademark for "Ultra Games", ironically because Nintendo limited 3rd party NES game production years before!
