Insightful session by Shri Jethu Dan Charan on how empathy and soft skills drive organizational excellence and public trust.

As on 10.04.2026, upon the conclusion of *Sadhana Saptah* , a total of 40,275 users out of 57,892 users (70%) in CBIC successfully completed 4 hours of learning.

The composite score of CBIC stands at 75.57, calculated by assigning a weightage of 70% to the percentage of users completing 4 hours of learning and 30% to the percentage of users undertaking more than one AI courses.

As per the *final leaderboard* at the conclusion of Sadhana Saptah, *CBIC has secured* the *1st position* ( _in category F i.e., Department with more than 50,000 users)_ followed by *CBDT in 2nd position* , and *Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan* in *3rd* position.

At the beginning, Member (Admin) had sensitised all CCs and DGs through a VC on 2nd April, to prioritize and monitor progress closely.

Nodal officers have played an important role and message conveyed to them in advance has helped the cause. NACIN helpdesk proactively ensured problem resolutions. Entire CBIC functioned as a team which has ensured the top position.

Why so promptness was shown by NMMC to remove the concrete speed braker at Gate No 1 Ekta Vihar Sector 25 CBD Belapur opposite Ryan school instead of installation of new speed brakers so far ?? Have the NMMC thought about safety of school going children?
