This is the big controversy here in Ohio. Beavercreek, Ohio is a small town about 30 minutes from me. Buc-ee’s is suing them, saying their sign resembles theirs.

The Beaver’s Mini Mart sign has been up for years (at least since 2019–2021), while Buc-ee’s claims the cartoon beaver + red lettering is too close to their trademarked mascot. Remember, Beaver’s Mini-Mart is in BEAVERCREEK , Ohio. Everything is named after beavers in that town!

I am calling 💩 on Buc-ee’s. Drop the lawsuit.
