Had the worst airline exp of my life on Sat due to a missed connection although we went as fast as possible through the huge @DFWAirport, customs, baggage pick up etc. @AmericanAir Luis was SO RUDE and unhelpful at gate. #Americanair charged me and said I “should have made it”
