@connectwkyoraku The way I've learned it was Sonido makes your reiatsu disappear with you, Hirenkyaku is the most efficient, Shunpo doesn't rely on reishi like the previous two, and Bringer Light has the most variety of ways to use it.

Like Gold Experience's ability to heal by replacing the missing parts, meaning healing is done by sticking matter in/on the wound and turning it into flesh, organ, etc and hurts like hell.
