@lnmcjames @KagoulKing @MayorofLondon Mandatory evictions do not put more power with a tenant, it's the opposite. It shouldn't be a mandatory requirement for a landlord to evict a tenant due to historic arrears, good landlords work with a tenant when times are tough.
