@RachelReevesMP We'd be better off if you hadn't done anything. Not one example of how your actions have stimulated growth. U turn on fuel duty today, another example of how clueless your policies are and how you are systematically having to ditch them.
@Keir_Starmer Grow a backbone, state the beliefs of what you want your govt to do, stand by it. Win or lose, at least you might maintain some integrity. Do the right things, not the things that ensure your re-election. Looks like you're out at the next election, try to make a difference now.
@Keir_Starmer Well, since you became PM, I pay more tax, pay more for groceries, have higher energy costs, awful roads, and see how you are wasting our money every time I watch the news. Unemployment is up, living on benefits is now a better option for many. Whose side are you on?
@LeShuttle_Help we're travelling with you to France in May. How much time does it take to do the biometric registration for the first time? Will we need to allow for extra time before our departure to do this?
@quakes99 I thought that the time to buy is when nobody else is interested or overselling. That is clearly now. Supply and demand hasn't changed, so I guess we wait a bit longer for the penny to drop, then we'll all congratulate ourselves for being patient.
@Keir_Starmer@RachelReevesMP@Ed_Miliband I hope they did more listening than talking. Those two clowns have no idea about business and have no credibility in telling an industrywide panel of experts what to do in a free market. No wonder they walked out. MPs are not experts or good negotiators, especially these two.
@RachelReevesMP You are telling lies here. The Bank of England decides on interest rates, not government. None of the other points are true. Taxing everything that moves isn't creating conditions for growth. Your decision to raise NI is merely raising the level of unemployment. Out of your depth
@Keir_Starmer We, the public, pay your salary. We should be able to assess your progress like any other employer would if they heard of how badly an employee was performing. We could check if you still have a mandate by having a general election.
@quakes99 I'm not set up to do reliable daily trades. I have bought and held some U names for the last couple of years, and I'm delighted. Still not selling despite the annoying volatility on no news, but I reckon in 2 or 3 more years, I'll be sitting pretty (figuratively obviously!!)
@UKLabour Not sure thd £150 off my fuel bill will cover the tax rises to pay for the other bits, but I imagine Rachel built the spreadsheet, so no wonder it's not correct. Try again
@MartinSLewis@itvMLshow I hope you are going to invite people to seek financial advice from an IFA if they are considering investing. It's one thing to understand investments, but you need to consider your aims and risk when investing, which a decent adviser will help you with.
