SHAME on @AlaskaAir & @travelocity 4 not refunding ticket fares during lockdown & pandemic. Families need this $$ more than greedy corps. do! Was given 1yr to use "credits" during a year in which I was NOT ALLOWED to fly. Now credits expire 4/4. Still can't fly, not vaccinated.
