There's a part of Birmingham that has such a mishmash of uses it's absolutely crazy, but I love it. Warehouses alongside fine dining, street food pop-ups and Eritrean lounges.

... Having actually been there, I think it's a call to slow down... dramatically.
1. Reallocate more of your spare time to restorative activity, massages, spa, gym etc...
2. Get amazing sleep
3. Let your inner circle know that you need space.
Realistically… Amazon should be forced to take at least some of the abandoned Debenhams units. 20% of the floorplate could be given over to clickncollect and tryouts. Another 40% could be used to create super central distribution hubs and the rest of the space: standard retail.
This particular design was supposed to be ‘classic in character and at the same time distinctly modern in feeling and detail…[exhibiting] the spirit of modern times’.
