@IanMacKinnon14 @Kent_Online Different ambulance crews have various types of crews with different abilities. So they would dispatch the nearest crew which may be a technician but they also need a paramedic to turn up. Then a critical care paramedic may need to attend and then possibly a Dr on HEMS.
