Immigration lines at t7 are two three hours long...they only have four inspectors for all these people...ba employees handing out water to passengers...what a disgrace @PANYNJ should do something about customs they don't care about the passengers

We are working in horrible conditions...homeless people have taken over the terminal some coming up our faces and trying to talk to us...@PANYNJ does not care for our safety...airtrain also smells and stinks of homeless ...welcome to nyc..@JFKairport
