BREAKING: Republican Rep. Thomas Massie exposes his own party for "violating the Constitution" while reeling off their monumental failures under Trump.

MAGA is screeching for him to shut up now...

"I think it's ironic that we control the House, the Senate, the Supreme Court, and the White House, and we're yelling election fraud," said Massie. "I mean, we won all the damn elections, and we're in charge, and what are we doing with it?"

"We're bankrupting the country," he observed.

Massie is right. Conservatives love to opine about "fiscal responsibility" but every time that they take control of the White House they skyrocket the national debt by handing out plutocratic tax cuts to the super-rich and pumping more wasteful spending into the bloated military-industrial complex. Trump has added a jaw-dropping $2.25 trillion to the national debt in just the first year of his second term.

"We're starting new wars," Massie continued.

Again, no arguing there. Trump launched an illegal war of aggression against Iran because Israel asked him to. No American interests were at stake but now American soldiers are dead and the price of groceries and gas are through the roof. If this new deal takes hold, Iran will emerge from the conflict stronger than ever with a $300 billion payday, unfrozen funds, sanctions relief, and direct control over the Strait of Hormuz.

"We're violating the Constitution. We're not cracking down on the fraud. The problem is not the elections," Massie continued. "We won the damn elections!"

Here he gets at one of the central flaws in Trump's "rigged election" narrative. It requires one to believe that Democrats somehow fixed the 2020 election to hand the White House to Joe Biden but were unable to repeat their trickery to defeat Trump in 2024. It's utterly nonsensical at face value.

"The problem is we're wasting our opportunity that the voters gave us, and the Republicans are going to pay for that in November. It'll be an absolute shellacking if they don't wake up," concluded Massie.

He's correct. A blue wave is indeed coming. Americans are sick and tired of watching the Epstein Class loot our once-proud country. Trump is a demented, pedophiliac war criminal but his entire party is too scared to speak out. Massie is free to finally tell the truth because he lost his reelection bid to a Trump-endorsed lunatic. We just wish he had done it sooner.

Oh, the horror! Imagine if Congress actually exercised its oversight powers to rein in the most lawless President in American history as he loots the treasury, lines his pockets from crypto scams, starts foreign wars on behalf of Israel, and covers up his own involvement in Jeffrey Epstein's massive child sex trafficking ring.

Raskin saw the jaw-dropping Johnson clip and quickly pounced—

"1. Speaker Johnson, you’re obsessing about losing the House but don’t seem to realize it’s because you have no program for the country other than illegal disastrous tariffs, illegal disastrous war and humiliating invertebrate submission to your unraveling cult master," wrote Raskin.

"2. You’re projecting onto us your own comically failed and obsessive investigations into President Biden, the Southern Poverty Law Center, James Comey, George Soros, etc."

"3. We obviously must confront the debilitating corruption and authoritarianism you have enabled, but at the same time we’re going to move America forward on all the public goods you have thwarted, like the health care of the people, increasing the minimum wage and protecting our environment."

That last point is worth paying attention to. Johnson sounds exactly like a mafia don in a low budget gangster flick, which is presumably a habit he picked up from his cult leader Donald. The Republican Party is now indistinguishable from a criminal organization. They violate the Constitution daily while turning a blind eye to Trump's endless parade of lawbreaking.

Johnson's speech has become an accidental campaign ad for Democrats. If you care about upholding the law and restoring our democracy, you have to vote blue.

AOC: Mike Johnson paints this as though it’s some partisan witch hunt. But if you don’t want to be prosecuted for crimes, don’t do crimes.

And he’s talking about running a protection racket. And we are already seeing that this Trump administration has run what some have called one of the largest pedophile protection programs in American history.

And so when Mike Johnson tells a group of wealthy donors, I'm the only thing standing between you, and a consequence that should rattle at the conscience of every American.

What he wants to do is create—or rather, not even create, because it’s already been created—but protect a class of impunity in America that says, “You can commit whatever crime, and so long as you pay a check to us, we will protect you.”

And that is a model of extortion in American politics. And you know what? That’s their pitch.

BREAKING: Trump's Education Secretary Linda McMahon hit with HISTORIC first-ever impeachment for illegally dismantling the department she runs Linda McMahon — the former pro-wrestling executive Trump installed to run the Department of Education — is now facing the first impeachment of an Education Secretary in American history. And the reason is simple: she's accused of breaking federal law to destroy her own department.

Oregon Democrat Suzanne Bonamici introduced articles of impeachment Thursday, accusing McMahon of "illegally transferring the operations of 6 offices under the Department of Education to other Federal agencies."

Here's the core of it. The Department of Education was created by Congress in 1980. By law, only CONGRESS can shut it down. But McMahon — carrying out Trump's campaign promise to dismantle it — has been gutting the department piece by piece anyway, using backdoor "interagency agreements" to shove its programs over to Health and Human Services and the Labor Department.

The problem? Many of those programs are LEGALLY REQUIRED to stay within the Education Department. McMahon doesn't have the authority to move them. She's doing it anyway.

"McMahon has made it her mission to close down the Department of Education, something she does not have the right to do," Bonamici said on the House floor. And she made clear exactly who gets hurt: "Educators and parents, especially parents of students with DISABILITIES, are distraught and asking us to take action to stop these illegal transfers."

That's the cruelty at the heart of this. The Education Department administers critical protections and funding for students with disabilities — kids who depend on federal oversight to get the education they're legally entitled to. McMahon is throwing that into chaos.

McMahon's response was pure deflection, whining on X that Democrats think "an impeachable offense is working to improve student outcomes" before pivoting to her favorite culture-war obsession — attacking trans students, a focus of hers since day one.

The impeachment is unlikely to succeed in the GOP-controlled House. But it draws a crucial line: a Cabinet official cannot simply IGNORE the law and unilaterally dismantle a department Congress created.

A wrestling executive shouldn't get to bulldoze public education.

Not enough money for Medicaid, SNAP, or the VA, yet somehow enough money to send ICE into our streets, to build a gilded ballroom, to hire the worst contractor in history to renovate the Reflecting Pool. So many of us have sat in horror in the face of Donald Trump's actions, wondering how are we going to repair this country. It's past time that we invoke the 25th Amendment.
