Last night I was in Melton Mowbray for a Reform UK event hosted by the local branch.
What a night. Great speeches from our Reform councillors, Matt Goodwin and Gawain Towler.
Gawain’s speech was raw, genuine, and properly inspirational. No spin, no waffle, just honest talk about where we are as a country and what it’s going to take to turn it around.
He reminded us we’re not playing polite politics anymore. We’re in a fight to save Britain. And if we want to win it, more good people need to step up, join Reform, get on the doors, stand as candidates, back your local branch.
Yes, you’ll get some flak if you go on the metaphorical front lines. (I’ve had my fair share) But Gawain put it perfectly: our ancestors faced far worse. They stood up for this country knowing the price could be a bullet.
The worst most of us will get is a nasty Guardian hit piece, police investigations, complaints, some online harassment, or getting “cancelled.”
In comparison it’s not that bad…
If you’ve been thinking about getting involved but holding back, stop waiting.
The country needs you now.
Massive thanks to the Melton Mowbray branch for putting it on and to everyone who came out. Proper fighting spirit in the room.
Britain’s not finished yet. Not by a long way. 🇬🇧
Reform UK will reverse Reeves’ disastrous rise in the rate of Employers’ National Insurance.
But we’ll do this for British workers only.
We’ll fund this by introducing the Employer Migrant Labour Levy.
Businesses will have to pay an annual fee for each migrant worker. It’ll hit unskilled migrant workers much, much harder than high skilled ones.
Along with our migration and welfare reforms, this will see millions of migrants we don’t need leave.
And get millions of Brits off welfare and into work.

You'd better vote Reform.
