If you’re a CEO and your employees aren't performing, that’s on you.
Solving it comes down to 3 things:
1. Take the blame
2. Communicate better
3. Tell them they’re not executing at the level you’re hoping for. Then ask, “what can I do to help?”
Then actually start helping.
Hey guys! I’ve been optimizing my presence on LinkedIn and facebooks for my high risk processing company for awhile now. Now it’s time to do the same on twitter. Thanks @garyvee for putting out motivational content, which gets me out of my comfort zone
A few weeks ago I got my dad to start watching @GrantCardone and @garyvee vblogs. Now when I get overly excited about a business opportunity, he’s quoting you guys. Thanks
@garyvee This is great. Guaranteed when I post this on my Facebook, I have a few friends that will put me down for posting this. Most of them are very smart. But have weak minds. I don’t let it distract me from my goals
I would love some knowledgeable and objective advise from you @garyvee a FaceTime session with you would definitely be the highlight of my week. You’ve been a huge inspiration for me during the darker times in the entrepreneurial path I’m on. #garyveeMe
