@SEPTA_SOCIAL If I'm paying cash fare, $2.50, to board the Market-Frankford Line at Frankford Transportation Center would I pay the cashier in the booth or would I have to buy a ticket from the kiosk? Do the kiosks accept quarters?
@SEPTA_SOCIAL I spoke with a customer service agent who resolved the issue that I had. No thanks to you guys who still haven't responded back to me some six hours later.
@SEPTA_SOCIAL I tried to load to $2.50 to travel wallet on my key card and received an error message, the funds were not added however my debit card was charged for $2.50. I tried reaching customer service through live chat and was unsuccessful.
@SEPTA_SOCIAL Is it possible to use a credit or debit card at the fare kiosks to load funds onto a Key Card? Is there a minimum amount that you can load?
@SEPTA_SOCIAL I have a question about the detour posted for Route 58; does this mean that 1356 block that leaves FTC at 8:23am will go into Neshaminy Mall? It's due there at 9:21am, the detour is for between 9 and 10am; normally the buses don't go into the mall before 10.
@SEPTA_SOCIAL If I transfer from route 58 to route 130 on Rockhill Drive with travel wallet on a Key Card will I still get the free transfer? The buses do not go into Neshaminy Mall until 10:00am.
@SEPTA_SOCIAL I'm taking route 58 to Neshaminy Mall and transferring to route 130. I have a Key Card with travel wallet on it; if I'm correct, I would be charged $2 for my trip on the 58 and then my transfer to the 130 would be free. Would that be correct?
@SEPTA_SOCIAL I have a question about Route 58 service to Neshaminy Mall; before 10am it says it stops on Rockhill Drive; does it go to Rockhill Drive and Neshaminy Boulevard, where the Target shopping center is? I'm not going there today but will be tomorrow.
@SEPTA_SOCIAL If I'm using a Key Card with travel wallet how much time do you have at a transfer point to connect with your next bus to get the free transfer?
