If you had a verse speaking to this topic I think your question would be answered by the Word itself. However, the church is not the one responsible for teaching children the commands/statutes of God's word, it is the responsibility of the parents. As such as long as the parents are not neglecting their role, then it doesn't matter whether the kids are in service with you or in sunday school class. Either way they should be learning the word of God. For us, my wife and I serve/teach in student classes first hour (sunday school) and for the 2nd hour our whole family attends the service.
@HonestYPTweets I agree 100%. So many think secular is neutral, but they are definition attempting to indoctrinate anyone they can. We must indoctrinate too, but with the Word of God as we have been commanded to do for our children.
@king_reconcile Fruit of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Gentleness, Self-Control. This man is not displaying any of these. His church needs to call him to repentance.
@its_The_Dr It really wouldn't be that way.. the left now would invite a whole new minority group as victims and use another group as the oppressors. Sounds a lot like Hitler... because Satan's tactics have not changed.
@TheEXECUTlONER_ I used to pay between 45-75 a MONTH in So Cal to have my grass cut once a week and they did a great job. $300 a month is too much. That kind of labor SHOULD NOT be that expensive. It is a low wage job.
@nicksortor Something a dem would do. Not a republican. Sad. He should let them fail. Putting money into an organization just because there are lots of employees doesn’t make sense. Should they have kept Enron just because people would lose jobs? Of course not. I am not a fan.
Proverbs speaks about the fool and their folly. How they hate reproof and understanding. They love lies and spread lies. David French is a fool who lies. Allie may have wanted to confront him on his lies, but instead of having a thoughtful discussion to bring about clarity, it brought about more confusion. David is an evil man who hates Donald Trump and the policies of the Republican Party. He claims to be a republican but yet we don’t hear him advocate for Republican ideas, instead he only criticizes them. He stirs up strife and should not be given any platform to spread strife and lies.
They put scars on women’s faces for a job interview experiment… then secretly removed them.
The women went in believing they had visible disfigurements — and came out reporting massive discrimination, with interviewers supposedly referencing their “scars.”
Konstantin Kisin used this study to make a powerful point: constantly telling people they’re oppressed or disadvantaged primes them to see discrimination everywhere, even when it isn’t there.
It’s the same psychological effect as buying a new car and suddenly noticing that model on every street.
The ideology of victimhood doesn’t just describe reality — it actively shapes it.
We should be teaching young people they’re strong and capable of overcoming adversity, not training them to see themselves as permanent victims.
What’s one way you’ve seen this “victimhood mindset” play out in real life?
@EricLDaugh Not really a “HUGE” win. It’s a win but not huge. MTG got over 64% of the votes. Fuller only got over 55%. I am glad Fuller won, but I get tired of the hyperbole.
@Newsforce We just vowed to never return to the location close to us. They were extremely rude and always messed up the order. We have so many other options that it won’t matter. So many Popeyes have the same problem. They have good food, but the service is the problem.
Irony… @HawleyMO, says God is the one who declares who is strong and courageous, but before that Hawley declares all the students have been given the same message received by Gideon. Reminds me of the saying “I can do all things, through a verse taken out of context”. Gideon was weak and extremely afraid. God is strong and courageous. I confidence is not in ourselves but in God alone. He holds all power, man is powerless apart from God.
