Very poor exp. at Ethos Hosp, Kota. Reached 9:30 AM for my 72 yr old mother’s heart checkup, left at 5 PM due to OPD delays, no communication, token chaos & badly managed pharmacy.

Good doctors & infra, but terrible patient mgmt. Kota deserves better. @EthosHospital

@nitin_gadkari Complete mismanagement at Chechat Interchange on NE-4 10-12 police personnel, traffic jammed for hrs. Vehicles to Darra are forced to exit via toll & return, while both-side traffic runs on one route with heavy trucks. A simple diversion could solve@NHAI_Official

P1-A2,44 coach attendant on train at BRC station, didn’t open door causing panic of missing the train. No bedrolls & water bottle provided, argued when asked. Used bedrolls of previous passengers not removed till 10 AM. Unhygienic
